Master Student of Systems Biology
Research Interests:
Biological systems are very complex and sometimes difficult to study. Theoretical and computational approaches here are very useful. I am interested in using those approaches, specially machine learning and artificial intelligence to understand biological systems.
Projects:
- Understanding biochemical dynamical systems with a Piecewise-Linear Recurrent Neural Network (PLRNN)
Publications:
Ratiometric population sensing by a pump-probe signaling system in Bacillus subtilis.
