Project

Development of an R package containing mathematical models of proteins which are differentially regulated by calcium (in close collaboration with Martin Zauser).

Implemented models can be simulated stochastically and deterministically via a simple interface allowing users to define both simulation and model-specific parameters as well as control the visualization of the simulation output.

The project is supervised by Dr. Jürgen Pahle.
